Together with leading professionals, RISE by Studio PP brings you a range virtual classes from high intensity to low intensity workouts plus wellness and ergonomic consultations and an ongoing stream of content.

RISE by Studio PP empowers you to find balance in your life using tools and techniques from your own home to continue important wellness practices for your mental and physical wellbeing.

101 Collins is an extraordinary building filled with extraordinary people. And for over 30 years, we’ve been helping each and every person who walks through our doors realise their professional potential.

The 101 Collins Wellness Portal is a space designed by 101 Collins’ in partnership with RISE by Studio PP to promote movement during the unprecedented times. Here, you will browse health, fitness and general wellness content, while remaining connected as we all work remotely to minimise the risk of further spreading COVID-19.

101 Collins understands that during these times of uncertainty, stress levels and anxiety can be high. To this end, we encourage all tenants to use this page as a support for their physical and mental health, as we work to retain a sense of community and connection during this time.

Steph Prem

Former Winter Olympian and one of Australia’s leading experts on health and wellness, Steph Prem is the founder of RISE by Studio PP, in partnership with 101 Collins, with a shared goal to revolutionise corporate health and wellbeing within Australia. Already coaching some of Australia’s most recognisable CEOs, ASX listed companies and corporate teams, Steph leads RISE with an innovative approach to corporate health and wellness that optimises performance and work life balance.

Ash Butler

A former full-time ballet dancer at The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, Ash Butler’s extensive dance experience has led to her specialisation in Pilates, where she is a qualified reformer, auxiliary equipment and barre instructor, both pre-and post-natal. Ash’s specialist knowledge and experience enables her to provide premium support to 101 Collins’ tenants, ensuring they remain active and healthy whilst working from home.

Liz Wells

A Masters of Exercise Physiology saw Liz dive into the world of physical rehabilitation and using exercise as medicine. However, after completing her 200hr yoga teacher training, as well as many other trainings in Melbourne, her approach shifted to include the holistic benefits of breath work and meditation. Her yoga classes build upon breath to movement and allow clients to step out of the analytic mind so that the body can move fluidly and effortlessly through shapes, easing the external pressures of life and bringing some joy and laughter into their practice.

Cicely Brown

Cicely trained in India in Hatha & Kundalini practices with an emphasis on breathwork and meditation. Be sure to experience the benefits of both of these great yogic tools in each of her classes. Cicely has a background in both dance and nutritional therapy giving her sound knowledge of the body as a holistic entity. Her practices are designed to send you back into yourself, allowing you to take from the practice whatever it is you need in that moment. 

Sheridan Hauser

With over 8 years of experience in personal training, Sheridan’s love for functional and mindful movement was her inspiration for becoming qualified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. In addition, Sheridan is also a Qualified Holistic Nutritionist. Sheridan’s aim is to educate and empower others to create awareness and connect the mind and body in order help achieve their version of optimal health. 

Sharon Liu

Having come from a diverse background within the wellness industry, Sharon has an experienced understanding of individual, team and company needs. She is a firm believer in creating sustainable wellness habits and recognises that a little bit, often, goes a long way. Sharon is a comprehensively qualified pre/post-natal Pilates Instructor who is also currently completing her Yoga Teacher Training and always invested in expanding her knowledge. She also comes from a lifetime of dance training and full-time Performing Arts. Sharon’s classes have a strong focus on understanding physiology and finding flow, instilling a great sense of achievement, joy and connection.

A former dual-Olympic gymnast, three-time World Championship team member and two-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist, Ash Brennan’s interest in health and fitness began at a young age. Joining the RISE by Studio PP team after completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) at CSU in 2015, Ash is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their fitness goals with a healthy, pain free and enjoyable lifestyle through Pilates and exercise-based practice.
