COVID-Safe Community Guidelines

A number of health and operational measures have been implemented in line with government advice and industry best practice as gyms begin to open their doors after the latest snap-lockdown.

Please familiarise yourself with the below responses:

Check In

  • Check in via the studio iPad
    Located upon entry into the studio, this step is a mandatory requirement of all class attendees. Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you complete this action prior to class.

Bookings and Capacity

  • Class sizes are limited to 7.
    Add yourself to the waitlists as they are monitored and move quickly.

  • Bookings are essential
    Bookings can be made via the RISE by Studio PP add located here.
  • Cancellations and no-shows
    Due to the reduced classes capacity, class spots are in high demand. Please kindly cancel out of any classes that you cannot attend to free up a spot for other members to attend. (Late cancellation and no-show fees will be implemented from July)
  • Punctuality
    This is encouraged and appreciated to support our team in providing a seamless service.

Cleaning and Hygiene

  • Masks are required
    Indoors and in common areas unless exempt – these are only to be removed once you are in your designated workout zone. 
  • Socks
    We highly recommend purchasing boxing inners and Pilates socks. These will be compulsory for classes moving forward as part of our hygiene procedures.
  • Wiping mats
    At the conclusion of each class, you will be supplied with sanitisation products to please kindly wipe all your mat and studio props.
  • ONE, End-of-trip
    Our end-of-trip facility, ONE remains open with a maximum 20 customers in the female and 38 customers in the male facilities at any one time. Customers will be required to use their access cards to enter and exit the facility. The card readers will not permit access if the facility is at maximum capacity.

  • Extensive daily cleaning
    RISE by Studio PP will continue with daily cleaning protocols by building cleaning staff.
