Yoga is a traditional practice of the mind and body that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to improve strength, flexibility and posture whilst reducing tension and stress. It has quickly become a necessary practice amongst countless Australians, particularly those in corporate careers looking to de-stress, relax and refocus their mind and body after a long day.
This Sunday, on International Day of Yoga, RISE by Studio PP is offering a complimentary, virtual morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for you and your family to enjoy, to help you uncover the benefits of Yoga for yourself. The class is suitable for beginners and accomplished Yogis, and will be led by Dylan Henry, one of the expert trainers at RISE by Studio PP.
