In light of the challenging time we find ourselves in, 101 Collins’RISE By Studio PP has curated a unique selection of complimentary, virtual classes that offer both high and low intensity workouts for tenants. These classes are also complemented by a midday Meditation or Stretch and Restore class, designed to mobilise your body and mind while working from home, and to break up the day while also enhancing productivity and mental and physical wellbeing.

How does it work?

1. Download the RISE by Studio PP app
2. Create a Mind Body account using the in-app prompts
3. Browse the calendar of classes via the ‘Classes’ tab
4. Select the class type and time and ‘Book Class’
5. Download the Zoom app on your mobile or desktop
6. Create a Zoom account using the in-app prompts
7. Check your email inbox for your RISE by Studio PP class reservation reminder
8. 5 minutes before your class, click the Zoom meeting link found in your reservation reminder email
9. Wait for your instructor to begin the class and follow along. Remember, this is a webinar, so while you can see
your instructor, they, or any other attendees, will not be able to see you

Description: RISE by Studio PP HIIT is a high intensity interval training circuit designed to improve your overall body conditioning. One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that you get maximum health benefits in minimal time. With no two classes the same, you can expect something different and be uplifted and challenged by your instructor.
Suitable: For all ages and abilities.
Equipment: No equipment needed.
Apparel: Sneakers recommended for this class.

HIIT

Classes

Although performed at the barre, this class is unlike a traditional ballet barre class. Not for the faint hearted, this class incorporates elements of body weight, Pilates, dance and yoga exercises to the beat of the music. Prepare to work up a sweat and become addicted to the RISE by Studio PP barre experience.
Suitable: No previous experience required. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Equipment: You will need a chair to substitute as a barre.
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.class.

Barre

Description: Pilates strengthens both mind and body. Combining the Classic Pilates Method with contemporary exercise
variations, our RISE by Studio PP Mat Pilates classes work the entire body with emphasis on core strength, spinal health,
circulation and flexibility.
Suitable: No previous experience required. Suitable for all ages and abilities with modifications offered for beginners and
those with injuries or limitations.
Equipment: Yoga mat or towel.
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.

Mat Pilates

Description: A dynamic, energising yoga class that takes you through a series of asanas (yoga postures). Suitable for all
ages and abilities. This class will not only complement your current fitness regime, it will also help you to build greater
physical and mental strength.
Suitable: For all ages and abilities, with modifications offered for beginners and those with injuries or limitations.
Equipment: Yoga mat or towel.
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.

Yoga Flow

Description: A relaxing and revitalising class that leaves you feeling nourished and restored. Yin stretches are held for a longer time, mostly on the floor, and focus on releasing tight fascia whilst bringing nourishing energy to your joints.
Practicing deep awareness and stillness through holding longer poses, Yin provides us the space and time to work through not only physical tension but emotional blockages. Yin stimulates the meridian lines in your body, nourishing your organs leading to vitality in body and mind.
Suitable: For all ages and abilities, with modifications offered for beginners and those with injuries or limitations.
Equipment: Yoga mat or towel.
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.

Yin Yoga

Description: Do you want to enhance your mood and increase flexibility? Breathe away your worries, tension, aches and pains with this low impact restorative class. This signature PP class includes stretching designed to increase flexibility, circulation, balance and range of motion and assist to decrease stress and anxiety in body and mind. Complementary to your high intensity classes and busy workday stuck at your desk, this class promotes relaxation and targets the connective tissue and includes techniques such as trigger point exercises, breath awareness and mindfulness.
Suitable: For all ages and abilities, with modifications offered for beginners and those with injuries or limitations.
Equipment: A foam roller will be needed for some classes (available to purchase through RISE by Studio PP).
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.

Stretch & Restore

Description: Stress reduction and anxiety are two of the biggest reasons people practice meditation. Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts and overactive mind. The practice of meditation is also beneficial for increasing mood, self-discipline and healthy sleep patterns.
Suitable: For all ages and abilities.
Equipment: Yoga mat or towel.
Apparel: Bare feet recommended for this class.
